Secure Packaging & Quality Assurance

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks, it is packed in secure plastic zip-locks/pouches or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap. All packaged products are delivered in a signature Nihaan Fashion Jewellery Box to ensure a better unboxing experience.

Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is confirmed, it is usually processed within 24–48 hours. Large quantity or bulk orders may require an additional processing time of 1–3 business days.

Delivery Timelines & Trusted Shipping

We partner with trusted delivery providers such as Blue-dart, Delhivery, and E-com Express to ensure secure, on-time delivery.

Standard Domestic Delivery: Typically 2–5 business days depending on location.
Bangalore Same-Day / Express: Selected pin codes may be eligible for 24-hour delivery (subject to availability).
Made-to-Order Products: Dispatched within 10 business days.
International Orders: Typically 5–10 working days, shipped via FedEx, DHL, etc..

⚠ Important: If you suspect the package has been tampered heavily before delivery, please reject it immediately at the time of delivery.

International Shipping Terms

A shipping charge is applicable for all international orders. Please note that the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is unavailable for international shipments.

Customs & Duties: For international orders, additional charges such as Import Duty or Customs Duty specific to your country are to be borne entirely by the customer.
