Invoice copy
Mandatory unboxing video as proof (from package opening till product inspection without cuts)

Claims for return, refund, or exchange will only be accepted if a clear unboxing video is provided. Requests without this proof may not be eligible for approval.

After verification, we will arrange a return pickup (if applicable).

Conditions for returns/exchange:

Product must be unused and in original condition
All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:

Replacement/exchange will be processed within 2–5 working days, or
Refund will be processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method
