7. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any applicable shipping charges will be presented transparently at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, via recognised payment gateways. We may accept bank transfers upon special request at our sole discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary from piece to piece and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the relevant order. For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other levies applicable under your country's regulations shall be billed separately by the courier company at the time of delivery and must be borne entirely by the customer.

8. Order Placement & Acceptance

All products and information displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer, which shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Dispatch of all products ordered may or may not happen simultaneously. In such cases, the portion of the order that has been dispatched shall be deemed accepted by us, while the remaining products shall continue to be on offer, and we reserve the right to accept or reject such balance orders. No act or omission of Nihaan prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) shall constitute acceptance of your offer.

If you have provided your email address, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order and again upon dispatch to confirm acceptance. We endeavour to verify confirmation of ordered items, availability, and shipping before processing your order transaction. You will be advised by email if we are unable to complete your order.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Standard delivery timelines typically range between 2 to 7 business days, subject to location and product availability.

For ready-to-ship orders, cancellations or alterations must be communicated to us on the same day of placing the order at support@nihaan.in. Once a ready-to-ship piece has been processed and dispatched from our end, cancellation is not possible.

Nihaan shall not be held responsible for delays arising from courier partner operations, force majeure events, natural calamities, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

10. Return, Refund & Exchange

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Upon approval of a return request, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within a limited window after placement. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be feasible. Nihaan reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion in cases involving payment failures, fraud suspicion, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the amount will be reverted to your card account. We may also require additional verification before accepting any order.

All offers for sale on the Website are subject to the following conditions:

• Products under any sale are available only whilst stocks last. The duration of any sale is at the sole discretion of Nihaan, and we reserve the right to extend or terminate any sale without further notice.
